It does look handmade, which I mostly mean in a good way. You can tell it’s not some mass-produced thing, and that gives it a lot of charm. That said, if you’re expecting something perfectly polished or totally uniform, you might notice the little imperfections right away. I don’t mind them too much, but they definitely stand out.

They got back to me later than I expected, but once they did, they sorted out my issue quickly. So overall, it worked out fine in the end.....
